About this Training
The CDRT Training is a 7-day initiative offered both online and in person, aimed to improve the disaster preparedness skills of Red Cross staff and volunteers. Participants will learn important knowledge and practical skills to help their Red Cross branches respond more efficiently and effectively during emergencies.
The training will also emphasize teamwork, helping participants work well together during a disaster. Additionally, it will teach basic skills that can be shared with communities to use in emergencies, especially when help from responder agencies is delayed.
Learning Outcomes
