About this Training
The CVA training is a combination of e-learning, online classes and in-person training and simulation training. The training will continue for some months after the simulation where participants will put into practice what they have learned during the training. This will be a continuous training and will require engagement from participants and their local branch volunteers and branch managers.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this training, staff and volunteers will:

Understand key terminologies related to CVA.

Increased awareness and understanding of basic data collection and data management systems.

Increased knowledge and capacity to support implementation.

Increased knowledge of CVA procedures and tools.
Required Courses & Knowledge Quizzes
Before attending the CVA Training you must complete the below online courses and submit your certificates via email to t.werleman@redcrossaruba.com. If you have already completed these courses there is no need to redo them, simply email your certificates.
